- Our items are freshly made to order and therefore delivered directly from the manufacturing company based in Pakistan.
- Most products which are on a regular size order/stock come directly to the customer’s doorstep in 10- 15 working days after the order and its confirmation has been made.
- Custom Made and back orders are usually ordered up to 4 to 6 weeks to finish and will be shipped out once the customer affirms the specifics.

HOW DO WE DISCHARGE YOUR ORDER?
Currently we have shipping & delivery agreements with DHL, FEDEX, DPEX & SKY NET. The basket contents and your delivery address will dictate the delivery options available to you.
We make use of DHL & FEDEX delivery companies whereby you and us can track your particular parcel from the time it leaves our premises and get to yours.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT
We try so hard to ensure you get the kind of products & services that will make you happy. It is strictly important that all products going out has to undergo quality check and double check before dispatching. However there are times when, you have to either Return or Replace the product and certain matters has to be looks into. All our orders are individual customized orders and a twenty percent restocking fee plus shipping fees will be charged for a replacement.
REFUNDABLE
- Refund and replacement policies must be exercised within the period of 30 days from the date on which the products were delivered.
- Specifically in aspects of Returns /Replacement buyer is liable for all costs of transportation.
- The product should also be returned in its packs or ask for it back in its original pack and should not have been used nor have its tag removed.
- Products that may qualify for return and replacement include; As already mentioned, only defective products will be allowed for return and replacement.
- There are times when we might have made some errors and therefore the Shippings & Delivery charges paid will also be refunded.
- Sending the photos of the defects before exercising the Return/Replacement policy is mandatory.
NON-REFUNDABLE
- All items that have been marked as SALE & DISCOUNT shall not be returned for any reason other than the fact that the product is defective.
- Please be aware that Made to Measure & Full Customized Products do not allow refunds and/or exchanges.
- Imperfect, damaged and altered goods cannot be returned.
- Free replacement/No Return will not allow a customer who orders more than two products at a time. Specifically, limit the creation of a resale value and return the product under the sales condition. Strengthen such ideas as avoiding placing orders for multiple products with the intention of trying them out, then using only one.
HOW TO RETURN?
- If the item is eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund, then go for it as the instruction noted.
- First of all, one has to get approval for Return/Replacement that is to make a Request for Return.
- Listing down your name, the order number & the email id you used while placing the order.In case the product is damaged, do not hesitate to write a description of the damage and even attaching photos of the same.
- If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our sales representative and we shall get back to you within the next 48 working hours so that we can assist you in the best way possible.
- We will provide a return Address when you get the approval to Return/ Replace the item.Whenever you are returning any item to us for our sake please ensure that you use a recorded delivery method.

REFUND
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return.
- A refund will be made to your original payment method, i.e., PayPal or Stripe (PCI DSS v3.2)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
